The One Thing That is Constant…..is Change.  In the summer of 2013, there was a shortage of homes for sale, and many buyers entered into the market.  That caused home prices to increase and gave sellers the edge.
The summer of 2014 is showing signs of sellers listing homes and buyers are now holding back and taking their time.  This activity is giving buyers the edge.  2015 is showing an increase of buyers and a lack of inventory in some areas while other areas are performing as a balanced market.

When Do You Know The Time is Right?  The time is right when you are ready.  Every year there have been buyers and sellers of homes.  And once  you become a homeowner, you can always explore refinancing options in the future to better leverage your finances.  Getting the home to begin with is the task at hand.  The time will be right when you are ready.   Get educated and make informed decisions.  Become a Confident Buyer
