Protect Your Transaction When Buying Your Home

home prices are rising

Recessions are hard on everyone…..do you remember when all you heard or read in the news was how home values were going to keep falling? It was going to take decades for prices to return. That didn’t happen. In fact, not only did values stop dropping, but in almost all areas of the country, prices are increasing and returning to their former values.

The media uses sensational perspectives instead of actual data. We all know it, bad news sells ratings, so the media focuses on any negative aspect of the real estate industry.

It is a fact that today, prices have recovered and while prices continue to climb, perhaps the climb is not as strong as it was a year ago. That’s ok. Purchasing a home is a long term investment. A place you can call home and make your own. Real estate is not intended for the short term investor (in most cases).

Put caution in the wind and be aware that what you hear in the media is often not the best information for making decisions with consequences that last longer than the current news cycle.

If you were thinking of moving and perhaps buying up or just want to “get out” from under that 2nd mortgage, give me a call and let’s show you what is available at your price point and perhaps now might be the best time to sell and buy again?

As your Home Loan Strategist, I’m here to provide you with valuable information to assist you in making those decisions for you and your family.  And if you do choose to move forward, be sure to explore the newest trend when buying a home.  It’s called PROTECT YOUR TRANSACTION and it will provide protection to YOU when you are ready to move forward with your home purchase.  Just view the video below for more details and when you’re ready, just give me a call.
